Anthony J Hall
Fellow in Learning and Development
A recognized expert in Caribbean tourism destination management, tourism policy issues and Caribbean cruise tourism, Mr. Hall was a member of the 1991, Washington D.C. International Assembly of Tourism experts, brought together from 21 countries to formulate an assessment framework for analyzing tourism policy. He has authored and co-authored several academic papers published in tourism related journals and books. He has presented papers to tourism and hospitality conferences in North America, Europe and the Caribbean.
He headed a team of tourism consultants who successfully developed and implemented the National Tourism HRMIS system for the Jamaica Hotel & Tourist Assoc.
